EXCHANGES/ REFUNDS-

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you’re unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept the return of merchandise within 30 days of your purchase from our website under following conditons.

-Customers can return their purchase FREE OF CHARGE by using the correct REPLY PAID address below (also shown on the printable Returns/Exchanges form).

-Products must be returned with your proof of purchase (ie- your receipt, credit statement or invoice)

-Returned merchandise should be unworn and in its original condition including all tags etc.

-Where a replacement is requested for- another size, colour or completely different style, your first replacement will be sent out to you free of charge (only on full price items). However, should you request a second or any further exchanges you will be charged $9 freight fee per exchange (please note that any subsequent freight return costs will also be at your responsibility).

-Should you just require a refund (not a replacement), the credit card that you used for the original purchase will be refunded the full amount (except any freight costs) within 7 business days following the receipt of your returned items in their original condition at our head office.
 You will be advised by email when your refund has been processed, please allow up to 3 working days for this to credit your account.

-Returned products must be accompanied by our RETURNS/EXCHANGES FORM (link below) with all relevant fields completed.

NB- CUSTOMERS ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR TRACKING THEIR OWN RETURN SHIPMENTS, TO DO THIS YOU MUST REQUEST A TRACKING NUMBER FROM THE AUSTRALIA POST COUNTER STAFF AT THE TIME YOUR RETURN/PARCEL IS SENT. YOU MUST RETAIN THIS NUMBER TO TRACK YOUR DELIVERY ON THE AUSTRALIA POST WEBSITE, WITHOUT IT YOU/WE HAVE NO WAY OF TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY.

THIS TRACKING NUMBER IS ALSO YOUR PROOF THAT THE RETURNS PARCEL HAS DEFINITELY BEEN SENT SHOULD A PROBLEM ARISE WITH DELIVERY.

 

 

FAULTY PRODUCT RETURNS-

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, please accept our apologies.

-We ask that you kindly post it back to us with the reason for your return clearly noted on the RETURNS/EXCHANGE FORM so that we can assess the problem.

-If an item is deemed faulty, we’ll send you a replacement if the relevant style is in stock and if not we’ll arrange a full refund including all delivery charges.

-If the item is assessed as faulty we’ll also refund your return postage, so please include a postal receipt in your return parcel.

NOTE: Items must be washed as per instructions provided on the garment care label. Products washed incorrectly will not be considered faulty.
