Online Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you're unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept the return of merchandise within 30 days of your purchase from our website under following conditions.

  • Customers can return a purchase by using the correct returns service outlined below
  • Products must be returned with your proof of purchase (ie- your invoice number or credit statement) as outlined in the downloadable Returns / Exchanges Form (link below)
  • Returned merchandise should be unworn and in its original condition including all tags still attached, items unworn and not soiled including animal hair etc.
  • Where a replacement product is required, please indicate this on your Returns / Exchanges Form. Note: clearance item/s will incur a $9 Postage and Handling fee.
  • Should you require a refund (not a replacement), the credit card used for the original online purchase will be refunded. The full amount paid for the products in your online order (except any freight costs) will be processed within 7 business days following the receipt of your returned items, in their original condition, at our head office.
    You will be advised by email when your refund has been processed, please allow up to 3 working days for this credit to appear in your account. This is applicable for online purchases made through bullzyegear.com website. 
  • Returned products must be accompanied by our Returns / Exchanges Form with all relevant fields completed.

LODGE YOUR RETURN
To return merchandise for a refund/exchange, please lodge your return via the Australia Post Returns portal below and print your FREE shipping label.

POST YOUR RETURN
Ensure your Returns / Exchanges Form is in your return package and simply drop your package at any Australia Post Office or Red street post box (size permitting). Our customer service team will contact you should we have any troubles.

 

FAULTY PRODUCT RETURNS

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, please accept our apologies. 

  • We ask that you kindly post it back to us with the reason for your return clearly noted on the Returns / Exchanges Form (link above) so that we can assess the fault.
  • If an item is deemed faulty, we’ll send you a replacement if the relevant style is in stock and if not we’ll arrange a full refund including all delivery charges.
  • NOTE: Items must be washed as per instructions provided on the garment care label. Products washed incorrectly will not be considered faulty.
  • All returned products MUST be accompanied by our Returns / Exchanges Form with all relevant fields completed to be accepted.
