Ordering & Freight Policy

Ordering from Bullzye Australia can be done in a number of ways.

ONLINE

Simply look through our website and select which items you wish to purchase then proceed to the checkout section. Then just follow the prompts, enter your credit card details (you must use a credit card to order online), your delivery details and once completed you will receive an email confirmation of your order.

PHONE

To place your order directly with our customer service team, call us on 07 3395 8188 and place your order over the phone.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIME

Our dispatch team endeavours to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

All orders are sent via Australia Post - standard delivery time within Australia will be 3-10 days for in stock items, note; some “Clearance” items may exceed these delivery timeframes (our customer service team will contact you when this occurs). International order may take up to 14 days.

Please note - If an item in your order becomes out of stock during your purhase our customer service team will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement on the item.

All Australian orders will be charged a Flat Rate shipping fee of $9, or receive FREE SHIPPING when you spend over $200 (excludes throttle gerabag)

FREIGHT CHARGES

Will be shown automativally when you view your order in the Bullzye Cart / check out page.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are not currently shipping internationally via the web store. If you wish to place an international order, please contact our customer service team on sales@bullzyegear.com 

INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT CHARGES

Will be communicated to you after the order is confirmed by our team. All international orders will be sent via Australia Post.
